Christmas Break 2025
We have returned from our Christmas break on Monday the 5th January and are working to complete the orders placed since the 19th December. This may cause a delay for new orders of up to 1 or 2 days until mid January when we will catch up with previous orders.
Delivery Timescale
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Currently, deliveries may take up to 5 working days from the day after you place your order, with occasional delays beyond this due to operational constraints. We are unable to offer guaranteed dates of delivery during peak periods. We will send you a text the day before delivery to confirm your delivery date and provide a 2-hour timeslot.
