Who are we?
Caledonian Horticulture is a trading name of Forth Resource Management Ltd and we are a producer of peat-free horticultural products at our composting sites in South-East Scotland.
How do we collect information from you?
We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you complete the contact form, when you complete the site registration form or engage with other forms within our site.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
What type of information is collected from you?
The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, IP address, and information regarding what pages are accessed and when.
If you make an order we also collect and store information to allow us to progress your order e.g. shipping address, payment card details, billing address. We store details of any order or transaction made through the site for accounting purposes, to improve our service and to simplify any future orders.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
