This planting technique will give you months of spring colour, with early bulbs like snowdrops and iris putting on a show early on, followed by daffodils and then tulips.
You can choose to plant many different types of flowers. Here are a few suggestions that are guaranteed to turn out great.
Bottom layer – tulips, hyacinths, alliums
Middle layer – narcissus, daffodils, hyacinths
Top layer – crocus, iris, snowdrops, grape hyacinth
