Delivery Fees
Bulk Bags
There is a £15 delivery fee on single bag orders, free on orders of 2 or more bulk bags.
Small Bags
Minimum order of 5 bags unless ordered with a builder’s bag. £15 delivery fee, free on orders of 40 small bags or more.
One Planet Pledge
At Caledonian Horticulture we care deeply about the world we live in, and are committed to being a business with a positive environmental and social impact.
Fuel Offsetting – We contribute 2p/litre of diesel used by our vehicles and machinery towards carbon reduction and offsetting projects.
Tree Planting – We plant a tree for every bag of firewood sold.
Free Compost –We offer free compost to schools and community groups across East Lothian, Midlothian, the Scottish Borders, Edinburgh, West Lothian and Perth & Kinross to encourage everybody to try growing their own.
Beach Cleans – Over a 5 years period we have pledged to remove 70% of marine litter off our shores in our Scottish Coastal Clean Up initiative. We run an annual June event for World Ocean Day that in 2021 covered the coastline between Berwick-upon-Tweed and Edinburgh, in 2022 we extended this up the coast to cover from Berwick to Aberdeen! As well as our June event we hold various other cleans throughout the year to target identified litter hotspots around the Scottish coast.
