Our garden waste collection service is only available for EH postcodes, if you live in the Scottish Borders we have our green waste uplift service EcoCollect.
We only collect the green waste that would normally go into your brown bin. We do not take bin bags, soil, turf, stone, metal, wood or other non-compostable items. If you are unsure about what we can take please give us a call and one of our team would be happy to go through this with you.
Once you have placed your garden waste collection order we will be in contact via email to arrange to drop off your empty bags to you.
Please note – We ONLY collect bags from the roadside with a crane, we are not able to manually handle bags from back gardens. The bags must be presented for collection from the roadside or be accessible with the crane from the roadside.
