This summer, we visited The North Berwick Flower Company with Andy Peasgood, located just 10 minutes from our East Fenton site, to learn how they’ve been using our Green Goodness Compost to cultivate their stunning flower farm.
Fay opened her new flower farm at the start of July to counter the imports, to show that beautiful flowers can be grown right here in the UK, all year round. As well as providing bouquets and Friday flowers for collection at the farm, they are also open every other weekend so that you can come to the field and pick your own flowers and enjoy a day out.
There is also a programme of group workshops on topics such as wreath making, sustainable gardening, vase displays etc that can be booked throughout the year for you and the family to enjoy.
