Garden Stories: Torrance Farm

During the summer, we visited the stunning Torrance Farm near Whitburn for our latest episode of Garden Stories.

The Torrance was once a long-established organic dairy farm and now functions as a wind farm with three large turbines throughout the various fields.

Through the course of the transition from dairy farm to wind farm, it was important for the owners at the Torrance to continue their passion for sustainable living in the development of their new green spaces.

They reuse old farm equipment, tanks, and troughs in any way they can for planting and evolving their garden.
